- Provide start-up, design, and capitalization for CDFIs
Community-Based Planning
- Conduct community needs assessment
- Design participatory process
- Design and implement resident surveys
- Interview stakeholders
- Convene community meetings
- Produce a range of planning documents on housing, community and economic development
Real Estate Finance & Development
- Create development budgets
- Identify and secure financing sources
- Structure legal entities
- Provide referrals for and interpret zoning analyses
- Provide referrals for architectural design
- Manage pre-development and construction phases
In addition, WCC’s partner entity, the Alembic Development Company, builds affordable and supportive housing in collaboration with local developers.
